NZ RegCo advises of the removal of the Non Standard (NS) designation for Synlait Milk Limited
(SML). The NS designation was a condition of a NZX Listing Rule waiver granted in relation to
certain governance arrangements. The waiver ceased to apply after SML’s recent equity capital
raise.

The removal of the NS designation is effective immediately and will update on NZX.com
overnight.
