BIF – Confirmation of BIF Senior Managers and Key Persons

Booster Investment Management Limited (BIML), as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund (the Fund)
provides a summary of its Directors, Senior Managers and Key Persons.

BIML Directors:
• Dianne Day (Independent Director)
• Paul Foley (Executive Director)
• John Selby (Independent Director and Chair)
• Melanie Templeton (Independent Director)
• Allan Yeo (Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer)

These are the Directors of BIML, which is the manager of the Fund.

BIML Senior Managers:
• Mihaela Chitu (Head of Technology Solutions)
• Nic Craven (Chief Investment Officer)
• Natasha Keddie (Head of Finance and Administration)
• Andrew Hughes (Chief Risk Officer)
• Alison Payne (Chief Operating Officer)
• Di Papadopoulos (Chief Customer Officer)

These are the people who are not directors and exercise significant influence over the management or
administration of BIML.

The Fund is required to make a market announcement where there is a change of the above Directors or
Senior Managers.

Other Key Personnel:
• David Beattie (Principal and Member of the BIF Investment Committee)
• Nic Williams (Head of Direct Investments and Member of the BIF Investment Committee)
• Melissa Yiannoutsos (Innovation Funds Manager and Member of the BIF Investment Committee)
• Dana McKenzie (Advisor to the BIF Investment Committee)

These are the ‘other key personnel’ of BIML, who are not Directors or Senior Managers, that are
responsible for managing the scheme property (or providing advice to those who are responsible), and
are profiled in the Fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).

To the extent there are changes to any of the above ‘other key personnel’, these will be reflected in an
update to the Fund’s PDS, which is notified as a market announcement.
