Resignation of Kirsty Campbell as Independent Director

Salt Investment Funds Limited advises that Kirsty Campbell has resigned from its Board as
an independent director effective 31 December 2024.

Kirsty was a non-executive, independent director and Chair of the Salt Compliance
Committee.

Salt is actively recruiting for a replacement independent director.
