Senior Management Announcement


EBOS Group Limited (“EBOS” or the “Group”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Grant
Viney to the role of Chief Executive Officer of EBOS Animal Care with effect from 1 February 2025.

Mr Viney is currently the Executive General Manager of EBOS-owned Masterpet, having joined the
business in 2019. The business, which includes premium natural pet food brand, Black Hawk, and the
Vitapet food and treats range, has experienced strong and consistent growth under Mr Viney’s
management.

Before joining EBOS, Mr Viney held senior roles at leading FMCG companies including Accolade Wines,
PZ Cussons, Dairy Farmers Australia and Mars Confectionary.

John Cullity, EBOS Chief Executive Officer said, “Grant comes to this role with broad experience and
in-depth knowledge of the EBOS Animal Care business, together with a deep understanding of
customer behaviour in a retail context across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.”
