The Company announces that it agreed on 23 January 2025 to allot 262,500 ordinary shares at
a price of 235.9p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 25 January 2025, bringing the issued share capital and
total voting rights at that date to 167,749,679.
