Appointment of Additional Company Secretary
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Ventia Services Group Limited (ASX:VNT) advises the
appointment of Amy Jackson as an additional Company Secretary effective from 10 February 2025.
Amy joined Ventia on 3 February 2025 as Group General Counsel and has extensive experience
across corporate, commercial and compliance matters.
Jill Hardiman, who was appointed as Group Company Secretary of Ventia in November 2024,
continues in her role.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ventia advises that Amy is nominated (in addition to Jill) as
responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
