2025 ANNUAL MEETING DATE / DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS


Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited advises that:

The Company's 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders is to be held on Friday 30 May 2025.
The time and venue will be confirmed in the Notice of Meeting.

The period for director nominations is open from today with the closing date for nominations
being 11 April 2025. Nominations must be sent to the registered office of the company, and
must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and must be
accompanied by the nominated person's consent in writing to act as a director, if elected.
