BIT - Dividend Declaration

The issuer advises that the following replaces The Bankers Investment Trust
PLC’s Dividend Declaration announcement released on 26 February 2025 at
08:30:53 am.

The changes are in relation to the record and ex-dividend dates for New Zealand
which were stated as 25 April 2025 and 24 April 2025 respectively. However, due
to the public holiday in New Zealand, the record date has been changed to 24 April
2025 and the ex-dividend date has been changed to 23 April 2025 in New Zealand.
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text appears below.

FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND
FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 OCTOBER 2025

The Bankers Investment Trust PLC has declared a first interim dividend which will be at
the rate of 0.686p per ordinary share of 2.5p each (2024: 0.672p per ordinary share) in
respect of the year ending 31 October 2025 payable on 30 May 2025 to shareholders
registered on 25 April 2025. The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 24 April 2025.
This represents an increase of 2.1% as compared to the first interim dividend paid in
2024.

For shareholders with their shares held on the New Zealand sub-register, the record date
will be 24 April 2025 and the shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 23 April 2025 to
accommodate the public holiday on 25 April 2024.
