ANNOUNCEMENT BY NEW TALISMAN GOLD MINES LIMITED
(NZX: NTL)
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Private Placement
New Talisman Gold Mines Limited (NTL) is pleased to announce that it has completed a
placement to eligible New Zealand investors of NZ$298,000 for 6,478,262 ordinary shares at
NZ$0.046 per share, a 5% discount of the VWAP for the 10 days immediately prior to the
placement allotment. Included in this amount is participation by NTL Board Chair Samantha
Sharif of $50,000. The proceeds from the placement will be used as working capital for the
commencement of bulk sampling.
