CHATHAM ADVISES EXTENDED CLOSING DATE OF 21 MARCH, 2025 FOR
NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
WELLINGTON New Zealand – Further to Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited’s (TSXV: “NZP”,
NZX: 3GRE Frankfurt Bourse “CRP” or the “Company”) press release on 21 January regarding the
Company’s non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of up to 5,000,000 units (the
“Units”) at a price of CAD 0.07 per Unit (NZD 0.086 or AUD 0.078) for gross proceeds of up to CAD
350,000 (NZD 430,000 or AUD 390,000), the Company wishes to announce that its anticipated closing
date has now been extended to 21 March from 7 March in order to accept additional subscriptions,
which has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange. Full details of the Private Placement are set
out in the Company’s 21 January, 2025 news release.
