New Zealand King Salmon Investments Ltd (NZX & ASX: NZK) announces that following an
organisational review, the GM Processing role has been disestablished and therefore will no longer
fall within the definition of Senior Manager for the purposes of the Financial Markets Conduct Act
2013.
As part of the same organisational review a new role GM Operations and Supply Chain has been
created. A recruitment process for the GM Operations and Supply Chain will commence shortly.
