PROPERTY FOR INDUSTRY LIMITED BOND
OFFER - INTEREST RATE SET
Property for Industry Limited (PFI) has set the Interest Rate for its $150,000,000 offer of 5.5 year
senior secured fixed rate bonds (Bonds).

The Interest Rate for the Bonds has been set at 5.43% per annum. This reflects an Issue Margin of
1.65% per annum over the underlying Base Rate.

The Bonds will be issued on 13 March 2025 and will mature on 13 September 2030. The Bonds are
expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market on 14 March 2025 under the ticker code PFI030.

A copy of the final terms sheet for the Bonds will be provided to NZX shortly and will also be available
at www.pfibondoffer.co.nz.
