Exercise of Options

Santana Minerals Limited (Santana, ASX/NZX: SMI) (Santana or Company) advises that it issued

1,200,000 fully paid ordinary shares upon the exercise of options at $0.3125 per share on 10 March

2025 (Option Shares).

For the purpose of section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act), the Company confirms

that:

1.the Option Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act.

2.this notice is being given under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Act.

3.as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of

the Act as they apply to the Company and section 674 of the Act.

4.as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type required to be

disclosed in accordance with section 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
