Mercury NZD/AUD FX rate for FY2025 interim
dividend

24 March 2025 – The foreign exchange rate used for Mercury’s FY2025 interim dividend paid to
Australian investors in Australian Dollars (NZD/AUD) has been set at 0.9128. The dividend will be
paid on 1 April 2025.

Attached is an amended ASX Appendix 3A.1 Notification of Dividend/Distribution released to the ASX.
