Dividend Reinvestment Plan Share Price and
updated ASX Appendix 3A.1 Form

The price for each share to be issued through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the
H1 FY25 dividend to be paid in respect of the period ended 31 December 2024 is NZ$1.9628
(DRP Price). The DRP Price is inclusive of a 2.0% discount.

The DRP Price has been determined in accordance with the rules of the DRP. For the H1 FY25
dividend, the DRP Price was calculated using a volume weighted average price, over the five
trading days during the period from 20 March 2025 to 26 March 2025 inclusive.

Shares are expected to be issued to participants in the DRP on 4 April 2025.

Further details regarding the full year dividend and DRP, including the AUD equivalent to the
total dividend/distribution amount per security, and the corresponding FX rate, can be found in
the updated ASX Appendix 3A.1 form (Notification of Dividend/Distribution).
