Seeka Appoints Dewdney as Next Chair
Seeka Limited [NZX:SEK] advises that Mark Dewdney will be appointed as the Chair of Seeka’s Board,
effective after Seeka’s Annual Shareholder Meeting to be held on 16 April 2025, following the
retirement of Fred Hutchings.
Mr Dewdney is currently the Chair of New Zealand King Salmon and is a director of Tatua Dairy
Company. He has held senior executive roles in agri-sector organisations and brings considerable
commercial business experience to the Chair role.
