Marlin Global Limited (Marlin) wishes to advise all Marlin Warrant Holders (MLNWG) that the final
exercise price of the warrants is $0.96.

Further details regarding the Marlin warrants, which have an exercise date of 16 May 2025, will be
emailed/mailed to all warrant holders in early April 2025.
