Following the announcement by Marlin Global Limited (“MLN”) on 4 April 2025 NZX Operations
(“NZXO”) advises that the final exercise date for the warrants (“MLNWG”) is Friday, 16 May
2025
Any MLNWG warrants not exercised by 5:00pm on Friday, 16 May 2025 will lapse and all rights
in regard to them will expire.

The final day of trading in MLNWG will be Wednesday, 14 May 2025, prior to the warrants being
halted and suspended at close of business.

MLNWG will be removed from the NZX Main Board from close of business on Friday, 16 May
2025.
