The Company announces that it agreed on 8 April 2025 to allot 250,000 ordinary shares at a price
of 200.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 10 April 2025, bringing the issued share capital and total
voting rights at that date to 170,474,679.
