Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and Directors’ Nominations
New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZX and ASX: NZK) will hold its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on
11 June 2025. The meeting will be held both online and in person at Rutherford Hotel in Nelson. The Notice of
Meeting to be sent to all shareholders in May will confirm the time along with other details for the meeting.
Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is Friday 2 May 2025. All
nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on the closing date. Nominations may only be made by a
shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.
