1. Q1 2024 contractual revenue included revenue from the operation of the Fonterra Shareholders' Market. FCG transferred ot the NZX Main Board in January 2025.

2. Funds management revenue:

- Revenue is received net of fund costs incurred directly by the Funds.

- Q1 2024 total revenue includes one-off revenue relating to prior financial years of $0.3m
