Michele Embling joins Kiwi Property board

Kiwi Property is pleased to announce the appointment of Michele Embling to its board
of directors, effective from 27 May 2025.

Michele brings extensive leadership and governance experience across the public and
private sectors, having worked in the insurance, energy, and financial industries in New
Zealand and Australia.

Kiwi Property Chair, Simon Shakesheff, expressed his enthusiasm for Michele’s
appointment: “We are delighted to welcome Michele to the board. Her expertise and
fresh perspective will play a crucial role in shaping Kiwi Property’s future as we navigate

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.6.1, the Board has determined that Michele is an
independent director, having had regard to the non-exhaustive factors described in
the NZX Corporate Governance Code that may impact director independence.
