ANNOUNCEMENT BY NEW TALISMAN GOLD MINES LIMITED
(NZX: NTL)
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Change of Auditor
New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd notes that during the period from the capital raise in September
2024 at a price per share of NZ$0.018 the Company had the rare experience of an
approximate five fold increase in Market Capitalisation resulting in the market capitalisation of
the Company briefly exceeding $60m on the afternoon of 28 March 2025. The Company’s
auditors UHY Haines Norton has an audit license issued by the Financial Markets Authority
that limits its audit work to those that have a market cap not to exceed NZ$60m at any time in
the reporting period.
NTL Directors have therefore made a change of auditor to one that is licensed by the FMA
with no limitation of market capitalisation and have appointed Baker Tilly Staples Rodway to
be the company auditor for the year ended 31 March 2025 effective 8 May 2025.
The decision to change is not a reflection of the quality of service provided by UHY Haines
Norton, and the Board would like to thank them for their services.
