Appointment of Auditors
TruScreen Group Limited (NZX/ASX: TRU) (Truscreen or the Company) advises that RSM Hayes
Audit Auckland have resigned as auditors of the Company.
The Company has appointed Hall Chadwick NZ Limited as auditors of the Company with
immediate effect.
The Board of Directors takes this opportunity to thank RSM Hayes Audit for their services to the
Company since 2020.
This announcement is approved for release to ASX/NZX by the Board of TruScreen.
