Booster Investment Management Limited (BIML), as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund (the Fund)
notifies a new appointment of a Senior Manager.

Booster Financial Services Limited (BFS), the parent company of, and service provider to, Booster
Investment Management Limited (BIML), has recently been appointed Nadine Brown as Chief Customer
Officer. Nadine commenced on 9 May 2025, and takes over the position recently vacated by Di
Papadopoulos following her appointment as Chief Executive Officer.

Nadine has spent a number of years in GM and senior leadership roles in New Zealand. Over the past 10
years she has held Digital Technology leadership roles for New Zealand’s largest retailers; Foodstuffs
North Island, Foodstuffs South Island, The Warehouse Group and TSB Bank.

Nadine has extensive experience in Customer Experience & Engagement, Product Management, Digital
Technology & Strategic Transformation, with a solid record of successful delivery of business
transformational technology and change programmes across large complex business environments.

Nadine is a passionate digital leader who ensures the customer needs and wants are at the heart of
everything. Her passions include leading teams to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction from
delivering value add products & services offered by the organisation.

BFS and BIML are pleased to welcome Nadine to its senior management team.
