Todd Hunter appointed Executive Director for Turners Automotive Group

Turners Automotive Group (NZX/ASX : TRA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Todd Hunter,
Group Chief Executive Officer, as Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately. Todd will be
a non-independent director as defined under the NZX Listing Rules and will continue in his role as Group
CEO.

Todd has been with Turners for nearly two decades and has served as Group CEO since 2016. Under his
leadership, the company has delivered strong growth across its automotive retail, finance, and insurance
businesses. His appointment to the Board reflects Turners' ongoing commitment to strong governance
and alignment between management and shareholders, and for succession and continuity plans for the
board.

Chairman Grant Baker commented, “Todd’s deep operational insight and proven leadership make him a
valuable addition to the Board. We look forward to his continued contribution as we execute our strategy
to grow shareholder value.”

This appointment has been made in accordance with NZX Listing Rules and will be subject to shareholder
approval at the next Annual Meeting.
