Details of transactions and events giving rise to substantial holding
On 19 December 2024, WFT Finance subscribed for part of the shortfall under the $5
million WasteCo share purchase plan (SPP) conducted earlier that month. WFT Finance
Limited was allotted 150,000,000 new fully paid WCO ordinary shares in the placement of
the SPP shortfall at $0.02 per share.
