Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:
On 28 May 2025, Sybos entered into a block trade agreement (the "Agreement") with UBS New
Zealand Limited ("UBS") under which Sybos appointed UBS to manage and underwrite the sale of
26,740,177 ordinary shares in EBOS currently held by Sybos for NZ$35.50 per share (or
NZ$949,276,283.50 in aggregate). A copy of the Agreement was attached to Sybos's substantial
product holder notice to the NZX dated 29 May 2025. Settlement of this sale has now occurred.
