Rua Bioscience and Cann Group reach positive resolution in legal proceedings.

Rua Bioscience advises that it has reached a settlement with Cann Group Limited (ASX:CAN), following
legal proceedings initiated by Rua in February 2024.
As part of the legal proceedings, both parties undertook mediation which had led to this settlement.
Rua Bioscience and Cann Group have executed new supply agreements to support their respective
operations in the New Zealand and Australian medicinal cannabis markets. The commercial terms of
the settlement are confidential and take effect immediately.
