Infratil Infrastructure Bond Firm Offer Closes

Inf ratil Limited today announced that f ollowing the successf ul bookbuild process for its Firm Of f er of 7 year
unsecured, unsubordinated, f ixed rate inf rastructure bonds that mature on 16 June 2032 (New Bonds) it has
allocated $100m New Bo nd s (including $50m oversubscriptions). The Firm Of f er has now closed.
The Issue Margin f or the New Bo nd s has been set at 2.30% per annum. The Interest Rate will be announced
later today via NZX together with release of an updated Terms Sheet.
