The Directors propose an ordinary dividend of 3.25 pence per Ordinary Share. If approved
by shareholders at the AGM, to be held on 10 July 2025, the dividend will be payable on 31
July 2025 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 27 June 2025. The ex-
dividend date is 26 June 2025.

A Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") is provided by Equiniti Financial Services Limited.
The DRIP enables the Company's shareholders to elect to have their cash dividend payments
