person at our East Tāmaki campus in the Daniell Building, 15 Maurice Paykel Place, East Tāmaki,
Auckland, New Zealand on Thursday, 21 August 2025 commencing at 2.00pm (NZST).
In respect of its 2025 ASM, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited advises that the closing
date for director nominations is 25 June 2025.
