Closing Date for Director Nominations
Rakon Limited (NZX:RAK) intends to hold its 2025 Annual Meeting of shareholders on 22 August
2025. The date, time, venue and other details relating to the meeting will be confirmed in the Notice
of Meeting which will be sent to all shareholders in due course.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 the closing date for director nominations is Friday 27 June
2025. Any nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.

Nominations may be made only by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
