Vector announces the appointment today of Vaughan Busby as a non-executive director.
This appointment follows an external review and search by the Vector board. Vaughan Busby
is an experienced energy and infrastructure leader, bringing over 20 years of expertise to the
board. Mr Busby currently serves as a non-executive director for Energy Queensland (the
largest electricity distribution business in Australia) and Netlogix Australia and is the chair of
Australian entity SFV (an energy infrastructure financing company). Previously, Mr Busby was
the chair of ASX-listed SciDev and has held directorships at EnergyCo NSW, Energy One,

of shareholders.
Vector chair, Doug McKay said the board is delighted with the appointment. “Vaughan is a
high-quality addition to our board, with industry leading expertise and a track record of growth
and innovation in the energy sector.”
