Update on Fast-track Approvals Submission


Santana Minerals Ltd (Santana, ASX/NZX: SMI or the Company) refers to its ASX Announcement dated
7 April 2025 in relation to the status of the Company’s application under the Fast Track Approvals
process (FTAA Application).

The Company announces that, while the majority of consultant reports required for the FTAA
Application have now been completed and received, a group of ecological reports are still awaiting
consultant finalisation, holding up the final submission. As a result of this delay, the Company will not
be in a position to submit its FTAA Application by 30 June 2025 as previously announced.

The Company understands the outstanding reports are well advanced and, in the meantime, continues
to prioritise work to ensure submission of the FTAA Application at the earliest opportunity.
