Ventia secures Service Partner Agreement
with Tuatahi First Fibre
Ventia (ASX:VNT) has been awarded a new agreement with Tuatahi First Fibre (Tuatahi) valued at
approximately AUD$100 million for an initial five-year period. Ventia is the primary service partner
delivering fibre build, customer connections and maintenance across New Zealand for Tuatahi. The
new agreement builds on our long-standing partnership and aligns with Ventia’s strategy to redefine
service excellence through customer focus, innovation, and sustainability.
Ventia has been a strategic partner to Tuatahi since 2011 and has extensive experience delivering all
in-scope services including design, build and maintain, reactive support, field service supervision and
project management.
Tuatahi CEO John Hanna said: "We’ve built a strong and trusted relationship with Ventia over the past
14 years, and this new agreement is a critical step in our ongoing commitment to delivering excellent
service to fibre broadband retailers and consumers. Ventia has a proven track record in fibre services

continues to grow, we’re confident this partnership will help us scale effectively, respond quickly, and
maintain high performance across our network – connecting more New Zealanders to world-class fibre
broadband”.

The new agreement will commence from 1 July 2025.
