Information disclosed in accordance with DTR 6.1.13

The Directors of the Company have resolved that the first interim dividend for the year ending
31 December 2025 will be a payment of 3.80 pence per ordinary share (2024: 3.60 pence per
share). The dividend will be paid on 1 August 2025 to shareholders registered at the close of
business on 4 July 2025. Please note this payment will include a Dividend Re-investment Plan
facility, for which the last date for elections will be 11 July 2025.
