Solution Dynamics (SDL or Company) is providing guidance for FY2026 earnings.
The predominant cause of earnings change from FY2025 is the effect of SDL’s largest
customer moving to a multi-vendor purchasing model in mid-FY2025, following which the
Company undertook a significant restructuring to lower its cost base.
For FY2026, SDL is forecasting a modest net profit, likely to be in the range of $0.1 million to
$0.6 million.
Guidance is provided in the context that there is significant global macroeconomic and
political instability at present, along with domestic NZ economic headwinds, making
forecasting more difficult than usual.
