EROAD 2025 Annual Shareholder’s Meeting Results

At EROAD’s Annual Shareholder’s Meeting held in Auckland and online today, shareholders were
asked to vote on three resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
The resolutions passed by shareholders are:
1. To re-elect Susan Paterson as a Director of EROAD Limited
2. To re-elect Sara Gifford as a Director of EROAD Limited
3. To elect John Scott as a Director of EROAD Limited
4. To authorise the Directors to fix the fees and expenses of EROAD’s auditor
