FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Private Placement
New Talisman Gold Mines Limited (NTL) is pleased to announce that it has agreed to a
placement to eligible New Zealand investors of NZ$550,000 for the issue of ordinary shares
at a 5% discount of the VWAP for the 10 days immediately prior to the placement allotment.
The shares will be allotted on Monday June 30
th
. The proceeds from the placement will be
used as working capital for the commencement of bulk sampling.
