Delegat Group Appoints Chief Executive Officer

The Delegat Group Limited Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Murray Annabell, currently
Chief Financial Officer, as Chief Executive Officer, effective from 1 July 2025. Murray has been with Delegat
for over 20 years, including the last 13 years as Chief Financial Officer. Throughout his tenure, Murray has
played a pivotal role in shaping Delegat’s financial strategy and supporting our Senior Leadership Team. He
brings continuity, commitment, and a strong cultural alignment to the role.

In making the announcement, Jim Delegat, Chair, says “after an external search, we are thrilled Murray has
accepted the Chief Executive Officer position. Murray’s extensive knowledge of our business and the global
wine industry, combined with his proven leadership, are critical to the company’s continued success at this
important time.”

Riki Maden, with over 10 years of experience with Delegat and currently our Group Financial Controller, will
take the position of Acting Chief Financial Officer whilst a search is undertaken for a replacement.
