MY FOOD BAG GROUP LIMITED – ISSUE OF ORDINARY SHARES UPON VESTING OF PERFORMANCE
RIGHTS

My Food Bag advises that Performance Rights that were granted to eligible employees in 2023 under
the company's Long Term Incentive Plan vested. These vested performance rights gave the holder the
option to acquire ordinary shares in My Food Bag. All of the vested performance rights were exercised
and My Food Bag has issued ordinary shares to each holder. In total, 5,931,197 new ordinary shares
were issued. A Capital Change Notice reflecting this issue of ordinary shares accompanies this
announcement.
