Anna Scott resigns from Smart

2 July 2025 – NZX advises that Smart Chief Executive Anna Scott has resigned following her
appointment to lead the New Zealand office of a global financial services group from 1 October 2025.

NZX thanks Ms Scott for her contribution and wishes her well for the future in her new role.

An announcement will be made in due course regarding the Smart Chief Executive role.
