Infratil to be added to S&P / ASX200 Index
Please see attached a copy of an announcement made by S&P Dow Jones Indices on the ASX.
As indicated in that announcement, Infratil Limited will be added to the S&P/ASX 200 Index
effective prior to the open of trading on Wednesday, 23 July 2025.

Spartan Resources Limited to be removed from the
S&P/ASX 200 Index

SYDNEY, JULY 15, 2025: S&P Dow Jones Indices announced today that it will remove Spartan
Resources Limited (XASX: SPR) from the S&P/ASX 200 Index, subject to final court approval whereby
the company will be acquired by Ramelius Resources Limited (XASX: RMS)
S&P Dow Jones Indices will remove Spartan Resources Limited from the S&P/ASX 200 effective prior
to the open of trading on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. Spartan Resources Limited will be replaced by
Infratil Limited (XASX: IFT), in the S&P/ASX 200 effective prior to the open of trading on Wednesday,
July 23, 2025.
