Replacement of Northwest Representative Director
Northwest Healthcare Properties Management Limited (the Manager), the manager of Vital
Healthcare Property Trust (Vital) announces that on the resignation of Craig Mitchell, on 12
August 2025, Zachary Vaughan will be appointed as Non-Independent Director of the
Manager. Mr Vaughan will replace Mr Mitchell as a representative of Northwest Healthcare
Properties REIT on the Board of the Manager.
Mr Vaughan is the new Chief Executive Officer of Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT as
announced to the market on 17 June 2025.
The Manager's Independent Chair, Graham Stuart, said "The Board appreciates Craig’s
committed service to the Manager and Vital and looks forward to working with Mr Vaughan”.
