2025 Annual Shareholder Meeting and Director
Nominations
Contact Energy Limited advises that its Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held in Auckland
on the morning of Tuesday, 16 September 2025. Further details about the meeting will be
included in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to shareholders in August 2025.
The closing date for director nominations is 6 August 2025. Nominations must be made by a
shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and should be sent by email to
companysecretary@contactenergy.co.nz
