Booster Innovation Fund adds Indus to its investment portfolio

Booster NZ is pleased to announce an investment of $100,000 by its Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) in

Indus, a seed stage New Zealand company developing a unique finance technology platform to facilitate

investment into India for people living abroad.

Indus operates in the information technology services sector. The solution they are developing is

overcoming historical regulatory and compliance barriers to enable investment into Indian publicly listed

stocks and mutual funds for New Zealanders with a sign-up time that takes just minutes. The company

aims to become the world leading platform for people around the globe to invest into India, the fastest

growing major economy in the world (as defined by the International Monetary Fund, 2025).

Following this transaction (and issue of additional units to fund the purchase), Indus will represent 0.5%

of BIF’s investment portfolio which currently has over 35 active companies, and a net asset value of

$21.3m. This investment aligns with Booster Innovation Fund’s commitment to supporting innovative

New Zealand businesses at seed of their growth.

Investors can continue to purchase units in BIF on the NZX or can subscribe for units in the fund as part of

the process described in the fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) that is available at

www.booster.co.nz.
