2025 Annual Shareholders Meeting voting results
At Ryman Healthcare’s 2025 Annual Shareholders Meeting, held as a hybrid meeting today,
shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. Detail of the total
number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are as follows:
