NZME 2025 Half Year Results Release Date

AUCKLAND, 31 July 2025: NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) (“NZME”) will release its financial
results for the half year ended 30 June 2025 on Tuesday 26 August 2025.

NZME will host a webcast and conference call for investors and analysts at 10am NZT on Tuesday 26
August 2025 to review the results.

Please click here to register for the webcast. Once registered, you will be able to access the webcast
either online or by telephone. Please note, only participants who join the webcast online will be able to
ask questions.
