Timetable clarification
Santana Minerals Limited (ABN 37 161 946 989) (Santana or the Company) (ASX: SMI) (NZX: SMI)
refers to its announcement titled “Fully-underwritten A$60 million Placement and A$3m million SPP”
dated 11 August 2025. The Company wishes to clarify that the timetable on page 3 of the
announcement had a typographical error - allotment, quotation and trading of new shares issued
under the Placement is expected to occur on Monday, 18 August 2025.
